SureBill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app and website for your personal or business use. Under this license, you may strictly not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the app or website.
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense the application to third parties.
• Use the service to harm others or engage in any illegal activity.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

SureBill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy, you are solely responsible for verifying all invoice data and tax calculations. We highly recommend consulting a certified tax professional to ensure total compliance with your local laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SureBill and UX Mate Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the application.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to your invoice data, client lists, and business information. By using SureBill, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your data locally to provide the core service.
• Sync your data across your trusted devices (only if you explicitly enable Firebase cloud sync).
• Utilize highly anonymized usage data to maintain and improve the application.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SureBill for any malicious intent, including but not limited to:

• Generating fraudulent invoices or receipts.
• Facilitating tax evasion or money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding clients or third parties.
• Circumventing our security protocols or APIs.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SureBill at any time, with or without prior notice. We will strive to provide reasonable notice for significant changes that impact core functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
